![]() Again, the Dread Fighter will do massive damage to most any of your units he targets this turn, but if you’ve position your forces smartly, he’ll target Leon, who can destroy the Dread Fighter in a single hit if he rolls a with a critical attack. Pick off any Terrors you can, then get ready for a fight when you land on the shore. The Cantors won’t be happy about this and they’ll summon replacements to send your way, so be prepared for another onslaught. ![]() Luckily, Genny should have Expel by now, so use that to blink them back into oblivion. Have Nomah and Genny heal any units as needed as you make your way across by the time you’re close enough to the western shore that you can taste it, you’ll be stuck in the muck with a huge force of Gargoyles, whose speed and attack make them quite problematic if you plan on taking them down one by one. For now, enemy Gargoyles and Revenants will begin heading toward you, and you should be able to at least pick off a Revenant with Leon. As you slowly cross the muck, keep your army in tight formation with the highest-defense units in front for when the Dread Fighter takes notice as you land on shore. When your turn starts up again, you’ll be tempted to move one or more of your Pegasus Knights all the way across onto dry land, but don’t succumb to that temptation: the Dread Fighter nearby can crit them to death in the blink of an eye. On the enemy’s turn, Cantors will beginning summoning a host of Gargoyles, Bonewalkers, and Revenants into existence. Start by moving your units west toward the mire you could have Genny summon some Illusory Soldiers before you end your turn, but they’ll just slow down the crossing and absorb the healing affect granted to anyone standing in close proximity to her (which you’ll need-the poisonous mire does 5hp of damage every turn your units are standing in it.).
